| ABOUT US Charitable organization ICF "Yellow-Blue Wings" was founded in 2014. The main activities of the fund are: providing comprehensive assistance and promoting the development of children and youth of socially vulnerable groups; development of democratic principles and innovative approaches, in particular, creation of stationary centers and equipping of school creative spaces; implementation of rehabilitation programs and alternative education programs.
We are actively working with children and youth in different regions of Ukraine, created 5 inpatient centers for social and psychological assistance to children and youth, created 10 school creative hubs in eastern Ukraine. We cover career guidance, non-formal education, cultural areas, human rights protection, anti-corruption issues, personal development, involvement and development of volunteering, organization of visits by foreign experts, development of tourism in the regions of Ukraine, development of social ties in Ukraine. |
On 24 February 2022, the Russian Federation launched a full-scale invasion on Ukraine. Martial law is in effect in Ukraine.
As of April 18, 2022 since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, 205 children have died and 360 children have been injured.
The daily actions of the aggressor violate the rights of children enshrined in Articles 6, 16, 38 of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, the obligation to ensure the protection of children affected by armed conflict.
The main areas of the Foundation's work with our network of partners and volunteers:
Evacuation
Organization of evacuation of groups of children and children with parents to safe places in Ukraine. This work is carried out in cooperation with state authorities.
Support and maintenance
Help, support, maintenanc in the locations of the safe stay of the evacuated groups. It should be taken into account that these are very psychologically traumatized children and adults who need maximum attention and care from experts.
Humanitarian assistance
Humanitarian assistance, providing basic necessities of human life - food, water, hygiene products, essential goods
Institutions that cannot be evacuate
Help for orphanages that cannot be evacuated. Children's medical institutions that work in military conditions
